Shipping policy

We process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from our warehouse. Please note that shipping timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Time & Delivery

• All time estimates refer to business days (Monday - Friday) and apply primarily to Metro areas.

• Delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors, such as customs clearance or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Address & Delivery Restrictions

• Once your order is confirmed, we cannot modify the shipping address or redirect your parcel.

• In some cases, we may not be able to deliver to certain locations or offer specific shipping options. If this applies to your order, we’ll notify you and arrange either an alternative address or a cancellation with a full refund.
